Rocscience RocFall2 is a 2D statistical analysis program designed to assess slopes at risk of rockfalls. It helps determine rockfall hazards by analyzing energy, velocity, and bounce height envelopes for the entire slope, as well as rock location endpoints. The software can also calculate distributions of energy, velocity, and bounce height along the slope profile. Assign slope material, geometry, and rock seeders to generate statistical envelopes and distribution graphs for rock energy, velocity, and bounce height. Visualize rock paths and endpoint distributions for a comprehensive analysis. Perform sensitivity analysis by creating custom barriers and berms. Choose from a large library of predefined barriers including Geobrugg, Maccaferri, Pfeifer Isofer, RISP SRL, and Trumer Schutzbauten. Generate barrier design reports using percentile design, ONR 24810, and UNI 11211. Gain control over your analysis by defining the size and shape of rocks. Model scarring, viscoplastic ground drag, and vegetation damping. The rigid body algorithm considers the impulse reaction of the rock for accurate results.
