ET Optimizer is a one-click tool that allows you to optimize system performance, fix privacy issues, and remove bloatware. It is currently available on Windows 10 Home 23H2, Windows 11 Enterprise 23H2, and to some extent on Windows 8.1 Build 9600. ET Optimizer removes a wide range of programs such as Microsoft3DViewer, MicrosoftPowerBIForWindows, Print3D, XboxApp, ScreenSketch, YourPhone, PicsArt-PhotoStudio, EclipseManager, and many more. In addition, the user can also disable unnecessary Startup programs. A complete and detailed list of all included items is available in the author’s repository. The program also provides the user with options to back up the Registry, create Restore Points, and more through its graphical user interface (GUI).

After running ET Optimizer (which requires Administrator privileges), the user is presented with a simple interface divided into four main sections: Performance Tweaks, Visual Tweaks, Privacy, and Other. By default, all options are selected, but the user can deselect the ones they do not want to change or disable. At the top of the screen, there are Backup and Restore options that are activated upon clicking; it is recommended to use these options in case of any problems. Also, the user can access Extras such as Msconfig, Cleanmgr, UAC Settings, Event Viewer, etc. ET Optimizer is a powerful tool for stylizing and optimizing the system through a very user-friendly process.
