Web Application Pentesting Learning Path course. This learning path will teach you the basics of becoming a web application penetration tester. The first course of this track covers setting up the environment, including installing and configuring Burp Suite with the Firefox web browser. Certificate installation and proxy configuration are done for this purpose so that beginners can start penetration testing right away. The second course forms the bulk of this learning path and focuses on OWASP’s top ten vulnerabilities. Many real-world vulnerabilities are showcased for each of the ten topics, and various demos on how to solve related challenges are presented at both the OWASP Juice Shop and the Portswigger Web Security Academy. The third course covers different types of penetration testing tools and Burp plugins such as Turbo Intruder, Intruder File Payload Generator, SQLMap and many others. The fourth course concludes this learning path by providing penetration testing recommendations, an overview of the pathway, and a look at the final project.
