My familiarity with some aspects of systems thinking began in the late seventies, in addition to learning operations research and systems analysis for optimal management decision-making, through extracurricular studies at the Indian Institute of Management (Bangalore). Fortunately, over the years at India Unilever and Johnson & Johnson through management development programs, I gained more knowledge in situation analysis, problem solving, decision making and potential problem analysis using Kepner-Tregoe frameworks. . The journey of learning systems thinking throughout my working life continued till 2007 and was consolidated when I started working at the Indian Institute of Management (Udaipur) in 2015. In this course, I will share with you what I have learned from this path and teach you how you too can become a successful systems thinker.
