RSECTION is an advanced tool for professional engineers, which features an extensive cross-section library and an extensible library of material properties. RSECTION helps you to determine the section properties for any thin-walled and massive cross-sections, and performs a stress analysis. RSECTION combines the previous cross-section programs SHAPE-THIN and SHAPE-MASSIVE. The graphical and tabular input as well as the input using JavaScript and the DXF file import allows to create various cross-sections very flexibly. The seamless integration with the FEA software RFEM and the structural frame & truss analysis software RSTAB allows for efficient cooperation. RSECTION cross-sections are available in the RFEM and RSTAB libraries, and you can easily import the internal forces in the programs.

- Graphics card with OpenGL acceleration and resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels. Onboard solutions and shared-memory technologies are not recommended.
