Designing RF Communication Systems Using SDRs with GNU Radio, SDR is a reality around us. We use two hardware SDR platforms: Universal Software Radio Peripheral (USRP) as transmitter and RTL-SDR as a receiver. However, the course is designed in such a way that even if you do not have USRP, you can use any other cheap SDR as transmitter easily with slight changes in gnuradio. As far as RTL-SDR is concerned, you can easily acquire this device for $19 only. At the end of this course you will be able to make a data-communication link using SDRs.
