This course is for entrepreneurial managers looking for the tools and techniques to introduce exciting and innovative products or services to market quickly and with quality customer insights. We will also provide an exclusive and in-depth look at the application and practical impact of these strategies at one of Australia’s newest and most innovative financial institutions, UBank, and global reinsurance giant, Swiss Re. Through conversations with senior executive leadership teams, including the CEO of UBank, we will explore how they have embedded innovation through design thinking. By the end of this course, you’ll have a set of tools to inform product design and development for your startup, or expand the product roadmap of an established organization.
