Adobe Connect is a very popular software for holding online meetings, conferences and classes. The program has been known in recent years under various titles such as Presedia Publishing System, Macromedia Breeze and Adobe Acrobate Connect Pro and has been renamed in recent years as its new Adobe Connect. The program can host any online meeting on the web, including webinars, online classes, conferences and more. This product is completely based on another technology of the company, Flash. Full connectivity can be achieved by connecting with the people in the meeting. Interactive slides can be provided to all present members with full explanations of the subject under discussion using whitening, audio, video and interactive slides. The ability to share admin and user pages, the ability to chat privately with users, the ability to queue requests and queries, and many other interesting features. The program has consistently improved dramatically in each release, and Adobe continues to enhance the capabilities of this key product.

Port requirements
ACTS opens the following configurable ports in listening mode and the corresponding restrictions need to apply for ACTS to remain secure:
- ACTS healthcheck service admin port: default 8080
- This port is used only for internal healthchecks and admin activities and is not subject to external exposure to the Adobe Connect service domain.
- ACTS ws port: default 9002
- This port is used to service WebSocket requests and needs to be exposed to the outside world via the load balancer.
- The load balancer handles all HTTPS (wss) traffic and SSL offloading, and ACTS receives the offloaded data
- ACTS to CPS server for live meeting data transfer – 1935 (RTMP), 80 or other HTTP port, 443 if SSL is enabled

Note : To use Universal Voice, install and configure Adobe Media Gateway. Configure AMG to place calls through a SIP-compliant end point that allows calls to be routed to your preferred audio conferencing service.
Note : Adobe Media Gateway can be installed on the same machine as the application server. However, Adobe recommends that you install AMG on a separate machine.
